摘要
教育实践课程由教育见习、教育研习和教育实习组成,是体育教育专业师范生培养的重要环节,该文通过对相关政策进行研究分析,梳理师范生培养的新要求,结合体育教育(师范类)专业毕业要求,将“三习”进行一体化设计,使其相互支撑,构建体育教育专业“三习”贯通教育实践模式,重新优化并完善“三习”教学大纲,增加实践教学内容,建立“双导师”制度和多元化评价机制等内容,以期为师范生教育实践提供一定的理论基础。
The educational practice course consists of educational probation,educational research and educational internship,which is an important link of the training of normal students majoring in physical education.This paper studies and analyzes relevant policies,and sorts out new requirements for the training of normal students.Combined with the graduation requirements of physical education(normal category)majors,it designs the integration of"three studies"to make them support each other,constructs the educational practice model of the integration of"three studies",re-optimizes and improves the syllabus of"three studies",increases practical teaching content,and establishes a"dual-mentor"system and a diversified evaluation mechanism,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the education practice of normal students.
