职教特色视野下师范生教学技能竞赛现状分析及改进对策 被引量:2

摘要 师范技能比赛是师范专业学生展示交流与提高教学技能的良好平台。某校近年来参赛选手构成上"重文轻工"现象和"男少女多"的现象明显,参赛选手教学素质的综合展现和教育技术的综合运用更为突出。这两种现象及趋势背后的主要驱动力是,在基于提高核心竞争力特别是提高就业能力背景之下,师范生对学校教学高质量培养平台日益增长的需求。师范技能赛事应该紧扣职业教育师范的行业特色定位,拓宽参与广度和加强宣传力度。 Teaching skill competition is a good platform for student teachers to demonstrate and improve their teaching skills. the present study finds that the participants of teaching skill competition from the specialty of arts outnumber that from the specialty of engineering, and female participants far outnumber male ones. Another finding is that participants tend to demonstrate more of their comprehensive quality and educational technology. The driving force of these phenomena comes from student teachers' strong needs for high quality platform for developing key employability and competitiveness. With an aim to serve and improve the education quality of student teachers, teaching skill competition need to cater to the professional features and disseminate the effect by increasing the variety of participants and advertisements. Some suggestions are provided in regards to this aspect.
