摘要
医院行政职能部门属于综合服务和管理部门,负责医院各项目标任务分配、改革、文化建设等工作,起到连接医院整体战略目标制定到实现的纽带作用,医院办公室行政工作的效能高低对实际运行效率和效益有直接影响。随着医院改革创新逐步落实,对医疗服务理念和各项行政工作水平提出了更高要求,医院行政效能面临着服务、管理等方面新的挑战,为促进医院行政工作的可持续发展,发挥其应有职能,需不断提高行政工作的管理效能。在医院办公室行政工作中实施精细化管理,起到辅助决策、落实管理、检查督办的作用,对彰显办公室中心枢纽功能,提高行政效能有重要意义。
Hospital administrative departments belong to comprehensive service and management departments,which are responsible for the allocation of various objectives and tasks,reform,cultural construction and other work of the hospital.They play a link between the formulation of the overall strategic objectives of the hospital and the realization.The efficiency of the hospital office administrative work has a direct impact on the actual operation efficiency and efficiency.With the gradual implementation of hospital reform and innovation,higher requirements have been put forward for the concept of medical service and the level of administrative work.Hospital administrative efficiency is facing new challenges in service and management.In order to promote the sustainable development of hospital administrative work and play its due functions,it is necessary to continuously improve the management efficiency of administrative work.The implementation of fine management in hospital office administration plays an important role in assisting decision-making,implementing management,inspection and supervision.It is of great significance to highlight the central hub function of the office and improve the administrative efficiency.
