摘要
面对医学科学部日益激烈的竞争,如何运用精细化管理实现国家自然科学基金跨越式发展是医院科管部门需要思考的重要问题之一。某三级甲等医院采用鱼骨分析法剖析国家自然科学基金申报的制约因素,以精细化管理理念为指导,通过提高政策精准性,激发申报积极性,完善培训体系,提升质量精细化管理,建立人才分类培养体系,培育新的增长点,最终实现国家自然科学基金跨越式发展。精细化管理促进国家自然科学基金申报数量及质量双提升,对医院科研项目管理具有良好借鉴价值。
Facing the increasingly fierce competition of the Medical Sciences Department,how to make the breakthrough of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)through refined management method is one of the important problems for the hospital’s scientific research department.A third-class A hospital used the fishbone analysis to analyze the restrictive factors of the application of NSFC.Under the guidance of the concept of refined management,the hospital has made a breakthrough in NSFC by improving the accuracy of the policy,stimulating the enthusiasm of application,improving the training system and the quality of application,carrying out classified training,and adding new growth points.Refine management is able to improve the quantity and quality of application of NSFC,and has good reference value for hospital scientific research management.
