摘要
目的:实现人、财、物资源的统一高效和精细化管理,提高运营效率,更好地为临床服务。方法:基于HRP系统将行政后勤职能部门的资源和业务进行重新整合,搭建一个综合性办公平台,实现流程的在线审核以及数据的统计与分析。结果:综合办公平台运行一年多以来,业务几乎覆盖全院区所有职能科室,用户平均每天在线访问量超过3 000人,在线完成业务流程超过30000个,办公效率大幅提升。结论:综合性办公平台的实现,改变了医院传统的运营模式,实现了无纸化办公,加快医院实现精细化管理。
Objective: To achieve unified and efficient management of human, financial, and material resources and streamline management, improve operational efficiency, and better clinical services. Methods: Based on the HRP system, the resources and business of the functional departments of the administrative logistics were re-integrated, and a comprehensive office platform was set up to realize online review and statistics and analysis of data. Results: Since the integrated office platform has been operating for more than one year, the business has covered almost all the functional departments in the hospital. The average daily online user access has exceeded 3,000, and the online business process has completed more than 30 000. The office efficiency has been greatly improved.Conclusion: The implementation of a comprehensive office platform has changed the traditional operating model of hospital, realized a paperless office, and accelerated the implementation of streamline management in hospital.
