摘要
基于医院资源计划(hospital resources planning,HRP)系统的医院管理是医院战略管理的发展趋势。笔者通过总结基于HRP系统下的医院人力资源管理的特征并设计其内容,发现在HRP应用下的医院人力资源管理存在的一些问题,如新旧观念转变的抵触、医院信息管理队伍薄弱、部门间的联动对HRP系统产生影响,提出改变观念、提高认识、加强各部门间监督沟通制度、强化信息管理人才桥梁作用等相应对策。
HRP based hospital management is the development trend of hospital strategic management. According to summarize the characters of HRP based human resources management and analyze the functions of human resources management under HRP, some problems such as the conflict of awareness of HRP, poor hospital information management staff and the detrimental effect on HRP information communication between departments were discussed. Countermeasures which can be summarized as changing awareness, strengthen interdepartmental communication and strengthen information human resources training are presented.
