摘要 对医院外勤工作从人员、业务、物品三方面实施精细化管理。实施后,卫勤中心同期完成科室外勤工作数量有所增加,工作缺陷及科室投诉例数减少,科室护理人员对卫勤中心工作满意率由实施前的98.58%提高至98.99%(P<0.05),满意度由87.90±11.98分提高至91.22±10.21分(P<0.01)。对医院外勤工作实施精细化管理能够优化流程,提高外勤工作效率;强化业务管理水平,提高外勤工作质量;增强员工积极性,树立良好外勤形象。 The fine management of hospital field work was carried out from three aspects of personnel, business and material. After the implementation, the number of field work in the health logistics center had increased during the same period, and the number of work defects and the number of complaints in the department had decreased. The satisfaction rate of the nursing staff in the medical center had increased from 98.58% to 98.99% (P〈0.05). The satisfaction level increased from 87.90 ±11.98 to 91.22± 10.21 (P〈0.01). The implementation of fine management of the hospital field work can optimize the process and improve the efficiency of field operations; strengthen the level of business management, improve the quality of field work; enhance staff enthusiasm, and establish a good field image.
