摘要 依据《小学教育专业认证标准(第二级)》的规格要求,采用OBE理念对陇南师范高等专科学校小学教育专业人才培养方案从凝练专业特色、完善培养目标、细化毕业要求、调整课程体系设置及设计对应支撑矩阵等维度进行全面的修订和完善,旨在提高小学教育专业认证的实效性和满足基础教育改革对师资的需求. According to the specification requirements of Primary Education Professional Certification Standard(Level 2),this paper adopts the OBE concept to revise and improve the talent training program of primary education major in Longnan Teachers college from the aspects of summarizing professional characteristics,improving training objectives,refining graduation requirements,adjusting curriculum system and designing corresponding support matrix,so as to improve the effectiveness of primary education professional certification and meet the needs of basic education reform for teachers.
