摘要
在师范专业认证背景下,重庆师范大学小学全科教师人才培养确立了扎根乡村、协同培养、全面发展和实践取向的基本理念,按照专业认证的要求制定了全科教师人才培养的目标定位和目标预期,确立了在广度上能够完全覆盖小学教育专业认证标准规定的毕业要求,课程体系设计体现出通识教育课程突出与专业教育相融合、专业教育课程强调综合知识和能力的培养、教师教育课程注重教师专业素养培育、独立实践教学环节突出小学教师培养的养成性四个特点。
Primary school general teacher training of Chongqing Normal University has es-tablished educational ideas what these were roots in rural,cooperative cultivate,all-round de-velopment and the basic idea of practice orientation under the background of teachers’ profes-sional certification.The major has formulated training target and target forecast according to the requirements of professional certification,established the graduation requirements that were on the breadth can completely cover the primary school education professional certifica-tion standards.Curriculum system design has embodied four characteristics what these were the integration of general education curriculum and professional education,and cultivation of comprehensive knowledge and ability of professional education curriculum,rural teachers’ pro-fessional literacy cultivation of teacher education curriculum,cultivation of primary school teachers of independent practice teaching.
