“三全育人”模式下高校理想信念教育的现实审视 被引量:3

摘要 理想信念教育是高校思想政治工作的核心,是助推大学生成人成才的关键。“三全育人”是新时代高校理想信念教育的有效路径,是立德树人要求的内在体现。在“三全育人”模式下,大学生理想信念教育还存在育人合力不足、过程脱节、模式单一等问题,严重影响立德树人的实效性。在对高校“三全育人”模式下理想信念教育现存的问题进行分析的基础上,构建全员、全程、全方位的育人模式:调动育人主体,形成育人合力;跟进育人全过程,建立长效机制;推进全方位育人,实现多方联动。这些措施既是解决大学生理想信念教育现存困境的客观需求,也是促进新时代大学生健康发展的有效尝试。 The ideal and belief education is the core of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and it is the key to promote the growth and development of college students.In the new era,the“three aspects of comprehensive education”is an effective way of ideal and belief education in colleges and universities,which is the internal embodiment of the requirements of morality education.Under this mode,there are still some problems in the ideal and belief education of college students,such as insufficient joint force,disjointed process and single mode,which seriously affect the effectiveness of morality education.Analyzing the problems existing in the ideal and belief education under the mode of“three aspects of comprehensive education”in colleges and universities,constructs a full-staff,full-process and all-round education pattern is not only an objective demand to solve the existing dilemma of college students'ideal and belief education,but also an effective attempt to promote the healthy development of college students in the new era.
