摘要
光学相干断层扫描血管成像(Optical coherence tomographyangiography,OCTA)是新型的眼科影像学检查方法,凭借其安全无创、快捷、高分辨率、三维成像的优点,在黄斑病变、糖尿病视网膜病(DR)、视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)、脉络膜新生血管(CNV)、青光眼等眼科疾病中均有非常重要的应用价值。本文简明讲解OCTA的成像原理和优缺点,对OCTA在眼科临床常见病中的应用进行综述。
Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)is a new method of ophthalmic imaging.With its advan⁃tages of safe,non-invasive,fast,high resolution and 3D imaging,it has very important application value in macular dis⁃ease,diabetic retinopathy(DR),retinal vein occlusion(RVO),choroidal neovascularization(CNV),glaucoma and other ophthalmic diseases.This paper will briefly explain the imaging principle,advantages and disadvantages of OCTA.Combined with the research results and experience of previous scholars,the application of OCTA in common clinical dis⁃eases of ophthalmology is reviewed.
