摘要
在国家出台了《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》《国家职业教育改革实施方案》等一系列政策措施的背景下,高职学院要高质量发展必须把高素质技术技能人才培养摆在突出位置。文章仔细分析药学专业高素质技术技能人才培养的困境,依托山东药品食品职教集团推动高素质技术技能人才培养模式探索与实践,深化产教融合、加强校企合作、开展联合培养,注重理论与实践相结合,实现教师、学生、企业三方都受益的共赢目标。
Under the background of a series of national policies and measures,such as The Guidelines on the Implementation of the Plan for the Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges and Majors with Chinese Characteristics and The Implementation Plan for the Reform of National Vocational Education,the training of high-quality technical and skilled talents must be put in a prominent position in the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.This paper carefully analyzes the difficulties of cultivating high-quality technical talents in pharmacy major,explores the training model of high-quality technical talents with the support of Shandong Drug and Food Vocational Education Group,deepens the integration of industry and education,strengthens the cooperation between schools and enterprises to develops joint training,and attaching more importance to the combination of theoretical learning and practice,in order to achieve the win-win goal of teachers,students and enterprises.
