摘要
教育供给侧改革为高等教育贡献了理念、思维和方法,也驱动着高校积极改革创新,解决教师队伍建设供给侧与需求侧不匹配的结构性矛盾。高校应立足新时代高等教育变革,强化顶层设计和系统衔接,优化教师队伍建设的供给体系,不断创新有利于高素质人才成长的体制机制,在推动高校高质量发展的同时,为实现培养社会主义建设者和接班人的目标提供坚强的智力保障。
The reform of education supply-side has contributed ideas,thinking and methods to the construction of university teachers,it also has driven the construction of teachers to actively reform and innovate,focusing on resolving the structural contradictions between supply-side and demand-side.Colleges and universities should base themselves on the reform of higher education in the new era,strengthen top-level design and system connection,optimize the supply system of teachers’team construction,and constantly innovate the institutional mechanism conducive to the development of high-quality talents.While promoting the high-quality development of colleges and universities,it also provides a strong intellectual guarantee for the goal of training socialist builders and successors.
