摘要
通过调查700多名高职生的思想道德素质现状,发现高职生在道德素质方面存在思想观念边界意识和底线意识缺乏、组织纪律观念和服从意识不足、社会责任担当意识不强、学习不够勤奋刻苦、缺乏情感自控能力、过分依赖和沉溺网络等问题。因此,高职院校须探索道德素质培育新路径,通过道德教育灌输、职业道德培育、红色基因传承、典型示范激励、社会活动实践、企业实习锻炼,形成立德树人合力。
According to the survey of over 700 higher vocational college students,the problems found with their existing moral state include vague awareness of moral boundary and bottom line,poor sense of discipline and obedience as well as social responsibilities,negative attitude toward study,inability to control oneself emotionally,excessive dependence and indulgence in network,etc. Therefore,it is imperative for high vocational colleges to explore new ways and make concerted efforts to foster students’integrity and promote their rounded development through moral education and professional ethics cultivation,inheritance of red culture,motivation of typical models,participation in social activities,and business internship as well.
