摘要
产教融合,校企合作人才培养模式是新常态下国家对现代职业教育的重要导向,符合产业结构转型升级对高素质技能型人才的诉求。盐城工业职业技术学院探索出了一条以产业带动为主的交互式螺旋发展专业群之路,创新职业教育与产业互融的模式,药品生产技术专业群对"产教融合,校企合作"进行了有益尝试与实践,取得了良好的效果。
