金银花根际土壤真菌群落多样性及其土壤影响因子研究 被引量:6

摘要 以6 a生金银花根际土壤(Y6)和非根际土壤(CK)为研究对象,利用Illumina HiSeq2500高通量测序方法分析了金银花根际土壤真菌多样性及其主要土壤影响因子。结果表明:(1)在自然生长状态下,金银花根际土壤的NH3-N、A-P、S含量达到非根际土壤的两倍左右,差异显著,非根际土壤(CK)中微量元素Fe^(3+)、Mn^(2+)、Zn^(2+)含量较6 a生金银花根际土壤(Y6)高;(2)微生物菌群结构发生了变化,总体表现为根际土壤真菌物种丰富度和物种多样性均高于非根际土壤;(3)土壤中NH3-N、A-P、S、Fe^(3+)、Zn^(2+)含量与土壤真菌物种丰富度有相关性,其中Solicoccozyma、Tausonia、木霉属Trichoderma、尖孢镰刀菌属Fusarium、曲霉属Aspergillus、腐质霉属Humicola与A-P、NH3-N、S呈负相关,与Fe^(3+)、Zn^(2+)呈正相关;被孢霉属Mortierella、Subulicystidium、绿僵菌属Metarhizium则相反,与A-P、NH3-N、S呈正相关,与Fe^(3+)、Zn^(2+)呈负相关。 The rhizosphere soil(Y6)and non-rhizosphere soil(CK)of honeysuckle were selected as the research objects.Illumina HiSeq2500 high-throughput sequencing method was used to analyze the fungal diversity and main soil influencing factors of honeysuckle rhizosphere soil.The results showed that:i)in the natural growth state,the contents of NH3-N,A-P and S in the rhizosphere soil of honeysuckle were about twice as much as that in the non-rhizosphere soil,with significant differences.The contents of trace elements Fe^(3+),Mn^(2+)and Zn^(2+)in the non-rhizosphere soil(CK)were higher than that in the six-year rhizosphere soil(Y6);ii)The structure of microbial flora changed,which was generally manifested as higher species richness and diversity of rhizosphere soil fungi than that of non-rhizosphere soil;iii)Soil NH3-N,A-P,S,Fe^(3+)and Zn^(2+)are correlated with the species richness of soil fungi,among which Solicoccozyma,Tausonia,Trichoderma,Fusarium,Aspergillus and Humicola are negatively correlated with A-P,NH3-N and S,and positively correlated with Fe^(3+)and Zn^(2+).On the contrary,Mortierella,Subulicystidium and Metarhizium were positively correlated with A-P,NH3-N and S,and negatively correlated with Fe^(3+)and Zn^(2+).
