摘要
目的在中药里探索新的光敏剂。方法以高压氙灯光照系统为激发光源,以小鼠移植性肿瘤为动物模型,通过对艾氏腹水癌(EAC)细胞的体外实验和对S180实体瘤的体内光动力研究,观察忍冬藤的2个提取物(编号85221A60、85221A95)的光敏化作用。结果2个提取物对艾氏腹水癌(EAC)细胞都有明显的光动力灭活作用;85221A95-PDT对荷S180实体瘤昆明小鼠的瘤重抑制率达63.6%(P<0.05)。85221A60在468nm处有明显的激发峰。
Objective To find new effective photosensitizer form Chinese herbs.Methods High pressure xenon lamp was chosen as the light source.The photodynamic action on tumor cells of the two extractions from a Chinese herbal Caulis lonicerae was observed by using the transplant tumor model.Results The extractions named as 85221A60 and 85221A95 showed significant photodynamic action toward EAC tumor cells.This effect was related in quantity-effectiveness manner.The inhibition rate of 85221A95 toward the tumor weight of S180 was 63.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal is a treasure source of photosensitizers.New extractions from Chinese herbal which have photosensitivities are found.
