轻钢龙骨秸秆复合板双层墙体隔热性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用秸秆芯板复合无机面层形成的秸秆复合墙板具有有效利用可再生资源、保温性能好、适应工业化生产的特点,与轻钢结构结合,能充分发挥其装配化构件的特性,具有良好的发展前景。对结合轻钢龙骨,两侧安装秸秆复合墙板的双层墙体隔热性能进行了试验研究,双层秸秆复合墙体具有良好的隔热性能,添加聚氨酯保温层的秸秆板双层墙体传热系数达到0.34 W/(m~2·K),符合建筑节能75%的要求,节能性能优异。 The straw composite wallboard with straw and inorganic surface course has the characteristics of using renewable resources,good thermal insulation performance,and adapting to industrial production.Combined with the light steel structure,it can give full play to the advantages of its assembled components and has good development prospect.The thermal insulation perfor-mance of the double-layer wall with light steel keel and straw composite wallboard installed on both sides was tested.The result showed the double-layer straw composite wall has good thermal insulation performance.The heat transfer coefficient of the doublelayer straw composite wall with polyurethane insulation layer reaches 0.34 W/(m~2·K),which meets the requirements of 75%building energy saving,and the thermal insulating performance is excellent.
