摘要
为满足装配式建筑对墙体的节能、环保及装配化要求,研发了一种由铝合金框架、连接件、铝合金蜂窝板、岩棉及装饰扣盖复合而成的装配式铝合金墙体。该墙体以框架与板相互支撑为构造思路,设计了铝合金墙体框架及其连接件,采用插接与螺接相结合的连接方式固定墙体材料。墙体设计厚度90mm,面密度40~70kg/m^2,轻质、安装便捷、绿色环保,且具有优良的保温、隔热、防水、防火及隔音性能。
In order to meet the requirements of energy-saving, environmental protection and assembling for the wall of the fabricated buildings, a fabricated aluminum alloy wall which is composed of aluminum alloy frame, connectors, aluminum alloy honeycomb panels, rock wool and decorative buttons is developed.The wall is designed with a connection of aluminum frame and plate, the aluminum alloy wall frame and its connector are designed, wall materials fixed with connection mode ofjointing with snails.The thickness of the designed wall is 90mm, and the surface density is 40-70kg/m2.The designed wall has advantages of light, easy to installation, green and environmental protection, and has excellent insulation, heat insulation, waterproof, fire protection and sound insulation performance.
