摘要
为探究磷石膏面板对轻钢龙骨的蒙皮效应作用机制,本文首先采用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟得出轻钢龙骨与覆面板之间的钉连接节点数据,再将节点单元简化后用于轻钢龙骨与覆面板剪力墙连接节点中,并与试验结果对比分析。研究表明,实体模型能有效模拟钉节点受力性能,同时简化钉节点单元较为准确模拟墙体力学性能,覆磷石膏板能有效提升轻钢龙骨架的极限荷载、抗侧刚度和抗剪承载力,覆双面磷石膏板具有更好的蒙皮效应。
To study the mechanism of skin effect of phosphogypsum panel on light steel keel,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the screw connection node data between the light steel keel and the sheathing panel,and the node element was simplified and applied to the shear wall connection node between the light steel keel and the coating panel,and the results were compared with the test results in this paper.The results showed that the solid model could effectively simulate the mechanical properties of screw node,and the simplified screw node element could accurately simulate the mechanical properties of the wall.The sheathed phosphogypsum board could effectively improve the ultimate load,lateral stiffness and shear capacity of the light steel frame,and the sheathed double-faced phosphogypsum board had a better diaphragm effect.
