摘要
采用新型薄壁轻钢和轻混凝土材料研发了一种与传统结构房屋建造方式不同的、适用于低多层房屋的新型结构体系——轻钢轻混凝土结构体系。该体系以薄壁轻钢、轻混凝土为主要材料,采用轻钢构架预制装配、免拆模板替代传统模板和轻混凝土现场浇筑的建造方式,具有工业化、节材省工、缩短工期、固废利用、减少资源浪费和环境污染等诸多优势。介绍了轻钢轻混凝土结构体系的研发背景、体系构成和技术特点,总结了轻混凝土材料性能、墙体和楼板构件承载性能、结构足尺模型试验、轻钢连接与基础锚固、建造关键技术和结构设计方法等专题研究成果,以及试点工程推广应用和配套标准规范编制情况。通过与传统结构对比,分析了该体系的技术经济性,并对后续研究的方向和应用前景进行了展望。
A new high quality structural system suitable for low-rise and multi-story buildings was developed,which is named as the lightweight steel and lightweight concrete structure. It is composed of thin-walled steel and lightweight concrete and different from the traditional structure on construction mode. This structural system uses prefabricated thin-walled steel,cast-in-place lightweight concrete and permanently formwork,and so has significant characteristics in industrialization,material and labor saving,reduction of construction period,reuse of waste,and reduction of environment pollution. The research background,composition and technical characteristics of the new structure system are introduced. Then,the related research results of lightweight concrete,walls and slabs,full scale model building,connections and anchoring of lightweight steel,key points of construction technology and design method are presented.Futhermore,pilot projects and supporting standards are also introduced. And the economic comparative evaluation is conducted between the new structural system and the traditional structural system. Finally,the subsequent research contents and the application prospect are specified.
