摘要
轻钢结构住宅是指以高效能结构钢材作为建筑承重部件,以轻型建筑墙体材料作为围护结构的绿色住宅.轻钢结构住宅具有自重轻、建设速度快、性能好、节约能源、节约材料、节约用水、节约用地、抗震性好等特点.主要针对我国的具体国情,概述了轻型钢结构在住宅建筑中的发展势态,并指出在发展中的有利条件、现存问题及建议.
The steel-structure housing refers to the green residential building with high-efficiency struc-tural steel as building bearing components and light wall materials as enclosure structure.Steel-structure residence has the advantage of light weight,quick construction,good performance,energy saving,material saving,water saving,economical use of land,and good vibration resistance,etc. Aiming at our country＆#39;s specific national conditions,this article mainly summarizes the developing situation of light-steel structure residential building,points out the favorable conditions and existing problems in its development,and gives some suggestions.
