摘要
在梳理国内外混合式学习和英语教学能力相关文献的基础.上,通过对30余名大学英语教师及120余名学生的问卷调查,了解某地方师范院校大学英语教师教学能力现状,总结该校在提升大学英语教师外语学科能力、外语教学设计与实施能力及现代信息技术能力三个方面的主要措施,调查教师对于这些措施的认可度,以期为其他同类院校提供参考。
On the basis of combing the relevant literature of blended learning and English teaching ability,this paper,through a questionnaire survey of more than 30 college English teachers and more than 120 students,explores the teaching effect of the blended teaching mode of College English course in a local normal university,and summarizes the main mea-sures in improving the College English teachers'foreign language subject ability,foreign language teaching design and imple-mentation ability,and modern information technology ability with the aim of providing reference for other colleges and univer-sities.
