摘要
在行业院校研究生内涵式发展的探索过程中,提高研究生培养质量是基础条件。该文通过结合行业院校的特性与研究生培养的特点,依据研究生的各个培养环节,提出5个改进策略,可以大大提升研究生的培养质量,为行业院校研究生内涵式发展打下基础。
In the process of exploring the connotative development of graduate students,improving the quality of postgraduate training is the basic condition.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of industry colleges and graduate training characteristics,according to the various training links of graduate students,the writers put forward five improvement strategies,which can greatly improve the quality of postgraduate training,and lay the foundation for the connotative development of graduate students in industry colleges.
