摘要
希望感是人内在建构的一种积极人格特质,有利于激发个体内在的潜力和热情,对个体心理素质的发展和外在积极行为的产生具有重要作用。教师希望感领导力是一种无形的影响力,其特征是作用对象的广泛性、作用情景的不确定性、作用方式的非强制性、作用过程的持久性。教师希望感领导力不仅能够提升教师的个人修养和专业水平,消除职业倦怠,增强心理弹性,更重要的是通过教师的希望特质潜移默化和有意识地培育学生内在的希望感,使希望感成为学生的一种积极心理品质,从而正面影响学生的学业成绩和健康成长。
The sense of hope is a kind of inherent and positive personal characteristics.It is one of the most important subjects of positive psychology and it will play an important role in the development of people's psychological quality.The leadership of teachers'sense of hope is an invisible force.It is characterized by the universality of the object of action,the uncertainty of the situation of action,the non-coerciveness of the mode of action,and the persistence of the process of action.It can not only improve teachers'personal accomplishment and professional level,but also imperceptibly affect students'academic performance and healthy growth.
