摘要
教师不仅是学校变革的经历者,更是变革的领导者。教师的领导力潜能是学校发展的巨大资源,是推进学校变革的催化剂。成功的学校变革需要全体教师共同构建,教师领导力的开发不仅能够改进教学实践,更是构建学校内部变革力量的一种途径。
Teacher is not only the consumer of school reform, but also the leader of school reform. Teacher leadership is an enormous potential resource for school development, and it is the catalyst for the school reform. Successful school reform needs faculty constructing together. The development of teacher leadership can not only improve teaching practice, but also is an approach of building reform capacity inside the school.
