新时代一流本科教育亟待厘清的六大关系及优化路径 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国迈入新时代,一流本科教育已经成为中国高等教育研究的生长点。推进一流本科教育建设亟待厘清六对基本关系:外延式发展与内涵式发展、人才培养与科学研究、专业教育与通识教育、国际化与本土化、学科分野与学科融合以及教师本位与学生本位。为此,高校应通过"根据现实需求,外延式向内涵式发展;回归育人本分,去‘研究生化’发展;重构课程体系,走‘通专互补’道路;立足本土文化,拓展国际化发展空间;着力学科建设,促进学科交叉与融合;重视师生关系,构建良性的师生互动"等优化路径,加快新时代一流本科教育建设的步伐。 With China entering a new era, first-class undergraduate education has become the growth point of higher education research in China. To promote the construction of first-class undergraduate education, it is necessary to clarify six basic relationships between extension development and connotation development, personnel training and scientific research, professional education and general education, internationalization and localization, discipline separation and discipline integration, and teacher quality and student quality. Therefore, colleges and universities should develop from the extension to the connotation according to the actual needs, return to the responsibility of educating people and go to the development of "research biochemistry", reconstruct the curriculum system and take the road of "general and professional complementation", broaden the international development space, focus on discipline construction and promote discipline intersection and integration, pay attention to the relationship between teachers and students, and build a benign interaction between teachers and students so as to speed up the construction of first-class undergraduate education in the new era.
