摘要
介绍了DG500型双向运输管状带式输送机系统的工艺布置及设计参数,对双向输送系统中的物料装卸装置、自动纠正装置、翻带装置、限料装置等关键部件的原理和设计要点进行了阐述,可为类似项目的设计提供参考。
The process layout and design parameters of the DG500 type bidirectional transport pipe belt conveyor system were introduced,the principle and design key points of the key parts such as the material loading and unloading device,automatic rectifying device,belt turning device and the materiallimiting device in bidirectional transport system were elaborated,which can provide reference for the design of similar project.
