摘要
针对带式输送机原有保护装置存在的故障保护性不高、保护精度偏低等问题,对保护装置进行改进。具体措施为在带式输送机上增加输送带扯边保护装置、卷煤保护装置、拉紧行程保护装置、撕裂保护装置及溢煤保护装置等。经现场应用后,带式输送机运行可靠性明显增加,输送机运行过程中可对各类故障进行预警,为煤炭高效运输创造了良好条件。
In view of the problems such as low fault protection and low protection accuracy of the original protection device of the belt conveyor,the protection device is improved.The specific measures include:adding conveyor belt rip edge protection device,coal roll protection device,tension stroke protection device,tear protection device and coal overflow protection device on the belt conveyor.After field application,the operation reliability of the belt conveyor is obviously increased,and the early warning of various kinds of faults can be made during the operation of the conveyor,which creates good conditions for the efficient transportation of coal.
