摘要
针对带式输送机原有保护装置存在的故障保护性不高、保护精度偏低等问题,对保护装置进行改进研究。提出在带式输送机.上增加输送带扯边保护、卷煤保护、拉紧行程保护及撕裂保护等装置,并对各保护装置的结构及安装位置进行详细阐述。现场应用后,选煤厂带式输送机运行可靠,各类故障明显减少,为选煤厂高效生产创造了良好条件。
In view of the problems of the original protection device of the belt conveyor,such as low fault protection and low protection accuracy,the protection device is improved and studied.The specific measures such as adding belt edge ripping protection device,coal roll protection device,tension stroke protection device and tearing protection device to the belt conveyor are proposed,and the structure and installation position of each protection device are elaborated.After the field application,the belt conveyor of coal processing plant operates reliably and various kinds of faults are obviously reduced,which creates good conditions for efficient production of coal processing plant.
