摘要
为保证带式输送机的制动性能,在分析其制动装置功能要求的基础上,以液黏制动装置为核心完成了带式输送机制动系统的液压、机械以及电气控制系统的设计,并对液黏制动装置的布置位置、液压系统的组成以及电气控制系统元器件的选型进行研究,为保证综采工作面的安全生产奠定基础。
In order to ensure the braking performance of belt conveyor,on the basis of analyzing the functional requirements of the brake device,the hydraulic,mechanical and electrical control system of the belt conveyor mechanism dynamic system is designed with the liquid viscosity brake device as the core,and the layout position of the hydraulic brake device,the composition of the hydraulic system and the selection of the components of the electrical control system are studied,which lays a foundation for ensuring the safe production of the fully mechanized mining face.
