摘要
介绍了盘式制动器的工作原理,分析了盘式制动器制动过程中的受力情况,建立了模态分析的理论模型。利用Workbench有限元分析软件分别对制动盘和整体机架进行了模态仿真分析,揭示了制动盘和机架的固有频率和振动特性,并进行了对比分析,从而为盘式制动器的优化设计和改进提供了理论依据。
Introduced the working principle of disc brake and analysed the force situation during the process of braking, then it built the mathematical model of mode analysis theory.The nature frequency and vibration performance of disc and whole rack were revealed and compared through the modal simulation with the finite element analysis software Workbench,which provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design and improvement of disc brake.
