摘要
针对选煤厂重介质分选过程悬浮液密度控制系统存在的大滞后、大惯性问题,设计基于模糊PID悬浮液密度智能控制方案。设计分别以精煤灰分/偏差、悬浮液密度/偏差为输入双闭环系统控制模型,给出该方案的硬件框图、I/O分配表,同时给出模糊查表核心软件功能的实现流程。将该方案应用到选煤厂重介质分选过程并完成试验,获取并统计悬浮液密度值,经与理想值比较证明,所提智能控制方案可精确、实时地控制悬浮液密度,削弱惯性滞后现象。
Aiming at the problem of large lag and large inertia of suspension density control system in heavy medium separation process of coal preparation plant,an intelligent control scheme based on fuzzy PID suspension density is designed.By using ash/deviation of clean coal and density/deviation of suspension as input control models,the hardware block diagram and I/O distribution table of the scheme are given.Compared with the ideal value,the proposed intelligent control scheme can accurately and real-time control the density of suspension and weaken the inertia hysteresis.
