摘要
在矿石分选过程中,悬浮液的密度决定了分选效果。本研究针对重介质分选钨矿石过程中悬浮液密度与介质桶液位二者存在非线性的时变特征,基于模糊PID(即比例Proportion、积分Integral、微分Differential)控制设计了悬浮液液位与密度耦合控制算法,用于控制分流箱和补水阀,并开展了选矿实验,实现了对重介质悬浮液密度和介质桶液位的在线实时控制。结果表明,与传统PID控制相比,模糊PID控制具有响应快、无超调、准确率高、节约成本等优点,可满足重介质选矿过程中的控制要求和工业需要。
The separation effect in ore separation is determined by the density of the suspension.This paper considers the nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of the change in suspension density and medium barrel level in the process of the heavy medium separation of tungsten ore.An intelligent control algorithm of liquid level and density coupling is designed based on fuzzy PID(proportion,integral,differential)to control the diverter box and the water supply valve.The density of the heavy medium suspension and the liquid level of the medium barrel are controlled online and in real-time during the beneficiation experiment conducted.The experimental results demonstrate that fuzzy PID is superior to traditional PID in terms of fast response,no overshoot,high accuracy,and cost-effectiveness.This meets the control requirements and industrial needs of the heavy and medium beneficiation process.
