摘要 基于煤矿供电系统中存在的欠压、过载、漏电、短路、过流等普遍现象,分别在硬件部分和软件部分设计了线路保护装置的硬件框图和保护设备的主程序流程,并在硬件部分提供了微控制器,并制作了CAN总线通讯电路和交流信号采集单元的设计方案。通过研究一个最新的煤矿供电系统线路保护装置,提出了煤矿供电系统线路的保护总方案。研究结果表明:通过投入使用煤矿供电系统线路保护装置,降低了跳闸事故的发生概率,有效地监控了电力线,有较好的应用价值推广性。 Based on the common phenomena such as undervoltage, overload, leakage, short circuit and overcurrent in the power supply system of coal mine, the hardware block diagram of the line protection device and the main program flow of the protection equipment are designed in the hardware part and the software part respectively, and the microcontroller is provided in the hardware part. The CAN bus communication circuit and the AC signal acquisition unit are designed. By studying a new line protection device of coal mine power supply system, the general scheme of line protection of coal mine power supply system is put forward. The results show that the trip accident probability is reduced and effective monitoring is achieved by using the line protection device of coal mine power supply system. The power line has good application value popularization.
