摘要
针对滚动轴承故障信号非平稳、非高斯的特点,提出了基于伪Wigner-Ville分布及小波变换的滚动轴承内、外圈故障诊断方法。在研究滚动轴承故障诊断机理,伪Wigner-Ville分布及小波变换理论的基础上,利用这两种方法对内圈、外圈故障的滚动轴承的振动信号进行了分析,提取了故障特征频率。结果表明,小波变换能够比伪Wigner-Ville分布更有效地提取轴承故障的特征信息,提高轴承故障诊断率。
For the nonstationary and non-Gaussian features of rolling bearing fault signals,the fault diagnosis method of Wigner-Ville distribution and wavelet transform is proposed for the inner and external ring fault of roller bearing.Based on the theory of roller bearing fault diagnosis principle and pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution and wavelet transform,the vibration signal of roller bearing with inner and externalring fault was analyzed by this method,and the fault characteristic frequency was extracted.The results showed that the wavelet transform can extract the roller bearing fault feature information more effectively than the pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution,and improve the fault diagnosis rate.
