由于管状带式输送机具有输送环保、可柔性布置、倾角大、占地面积小及节能等特点,被某造纸厂运用于污泥和煤的输送。介绍了管状带式输送机的基本结构、被输送物料的特性及输送要求,以及输送系统设计,重点介绍了其防叠带、防过载、防跳料设计及调试运行等。
As the tubular belt conveyor offers features like environmentally-friendly conveying,flexible arrangement,large angle of inclination,less land requirement and energy saving,it is used to convey sludge and coal by a paper mill. The basic construction of the tubular belt conveyor,and properties of the conveyed materials,and requirements for conveying are outlined,as well as the design of the conveying system. And the design and testing of its anti-jam,anti-overloading,and anti-littering is highlighted.
