摘要
在“一流学科”建设背景下,研究生培养工作日趋规范化、科学化,客观标准的评价指标激发了研究生培养单位人才培养的积极性和主动性。不过,当前的研究生培养评价标准依然存在简单化、机械化的现象,不利于优秀科研人才的全面选拔;研究生课程动态调整不足,高校应充分利用师资资源,致力于打造学术前沿等一批精品课程。在加强研究生导师责任意识的同时,逐步扩大研究生导师招生自主权,健全研究生助研和主持科研项目制度,促进研究生的快速成长和发展。
Under the background of“first-class discipline”construction,postgraduate training is becoming more and more standardized and scientific.The objective standard evaluation index has stimulated the enthusiasm and initiative of postgraduate training units.However,the current graduate training evaluation standard is still simplistic and mechanized,which is not conducive to the comprehensive selection of excellent scientific research talents.The dynamic adjustment of graduate curriculum is insufficient.Colleges and universities should make full use of faculty resources and strive to create a number of excellent courses to follow academic frontier.Besides the sense of responsibility of graduate tutors should be strengthened,the thesis also points out that the autonomy of graduate tutors in enrollment should be expanded,the system of graduate assisting and presiding over scientific research projects should be improved.Thus,the rapid growth and development of graduate students can be realized.
