摘要
随着研究生教育事业的发展和社会对高层次人才要求的提高,中医研究生教育创新和研究生教育质量,已成为人们关注的热点。结合中医诊断学专业硕士研究生创新教育培养的实践,提出明确培养目标、加强经典教学、拓展知识结构、加强临床实践、发挥导师指导作用等提高硕士生创新能力的基本方法,以期与同仁们共同商讨。
As the postgraduate education developed and the demand for higher education specialists increased,the educational quality and innovation capability of traditional Chinese medical postgraduate students marched their way into public attention.Integrated with the TCM diagnostic students＇ educational practices and baring with the expectation of opening a gateway for wide discussion,this paper suggested several methods aim at sharpening postgraduate students＇ innovative ability,such as fostering objective,strengthening classic education,enriching knowledge structure,frequenting clinic practices,and giving a full play of tutors＇ instruction role,etc.
