摘要
目前,针对电动汽车充电设施互操作性的研究主要集中在测试方法探索、测试平台开发等领域,关于非车载直流充电机充电全过程的互操作性研究尚处于探索阶段。通过分析直流充电的控制导引过程,开发了相关测试平台,并对一个完整充电过程所涉及的互操作性项目进行测试。测试结果表明,目前充电机主要存在的互操作性问题有:车辆端电池电压与报文电压之间的误差超限时,充电机依然能正常充电;绝缘自检的电压设定值不正确;被动终止充电的电流停止速率偏低。
At present, research on interoperability of EV charging facilities mainly focuses on explore test methods and test platforms, while research on interoperability of off-board DC chargers in the whole charging process has been at the exploratory stage. By analyzing the control and guidance process of DC charging, a platform was developed to test the interoperability projects involved in a complete DC charging process. The test results show that the main problems of the interoperability of EV charging facilities are as follows: when the error between the battery voltage at the vehicle end and the message voltage exceeds the limit, the charger can still operate normally;the voltage setting value of insulation self-test is not correct;the current stop rate of passive termination charging is low.
