摘要
在向市场投入电动汽车充电桩相关设备之前,必须模拟实际使用情况对其具有的功能和安全性进行全面测试。因此,专业人士结合具体工作需求设计一套能够自动测试直流充电桩的系统,该系统主要由模拟接口、信号采集显示系统、上机位、电池模拟器组成。能够发现该系统不仅具有较为完善的功能和较高的自动化水平,而且测试速度较快、数据准确、可回溯程度较高,因此该系统具有较高可行性。
Before putting the relevant equipment of electric vehicle charging pile into the market,it is necessary to simulate the actual use situation and comprehensively test its function and safety.Therefore,professionals design a system that can automatically test the DC charging pile according to the specific work needs.The system is mainly composed of analog interface,signal acquisition and display system,upper computer position and battery simulator.It can be found that the system not only has relatively perfect functions and high automation level,but also has fast test speed,accurate data and high traceability.Therefore,the system has high feasibility.
