摘要
目的:了解泸州市某综合医院院内急救人员急救素养的情况,对存在的问题进行整理和分析,为提高院内的急救能力提供更多参考。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,依据自行设计的调查问卷对泸州市某综合医院院内急救人员进行调查研究。结果:参与调查的145名院内职工中,急救素养的平均得分为(84.5±8.1)分,达到基本急救素养水平的人数为116名,占比为80.00%。不同职位的人群素养水平不同,其得分由高到低依次为医护人员、后勤人员、行政人员、保卫。不同性别的职工其急救素养水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄、学历水平、工作年限的职工其急救素养水平,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泸州市医院内急救人员的急救素养水平相对较高,但是仍然存在部分低学历、工作年限短的人群缺乏急救相关技能和知识,需要重点进行专业培训。
Objective:To investigate the current statusof the first aid literacy of personnel in a general hospital in Luzhou and analyze the existing problems so as to provide more references for improving the first aid ability in the hospital.Methods:The first aid personnel in a general hospital in Luzhou were investigated according to the self-designed questionnaire by the method of stratified random sampling.Results:Among the 145 persons who participated in the survey,the average score of first aid literacy was(84.5±8.1),and 116 cases reached the level of basic first aid literacy,accounting for 80.00%.The literacy levels of people in different positions were different,and their scores from high to low weredoctors and nurses,logistics staffs,officials and security officers.There was no significant difference in first aid literacy among workers of different genders(P>0.05),but there was significant difference among workers of different ages,educational background and working years(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of first aid literacy of first aid personnel in Luzhou hospital was relatively high,but there were still some people with low academic qualifications and short working years who lacked first aid related skills and knowledge,so they needed to focus on professional training.
