摘要
为降低煤层底板岩溶灰岩含水层突水威胁,华北石炭二叠系矿区大多采用注浆法,对煤层底板进行改造,而注浆材料的选择及配比是注浆堵水和加固的关键。通过分析长滩煤矿区域及矿井水文地质条件,提出挠曲带底板水害注浆治理方案;通过常用注浆浆液对比及注浆材料调研,确定采用可注性良好、经济合理的黏土水泥浆;根据土样土工试验结果及运输条件,选定3、4、5号土样来配制黏土水泥浆,并进行相关配比试验;根据配比试验结果,对下一步注浆施工提出了建议。
In order to reduce a water inrush danger from an aquifer in a limestone karst of the seam floor,in Huabei Permo carboniferous System Mining Area,a grouting method would be applied to reconstruct the seam floor.But the selection and proportion of the grouting material would be the water sealing and reinforcement key of the grouting.With the analysis on the hydrological conditions of Changtan Coal Mine Area and Mine,a plan with the grouting to control the water disaster from the seam floor in the flexure zone was provided.With the comparison between the conventional grouts and the investigation of the grouting material,the clay and cement grout with a good grouting performance and rational economy was determined.According to the geotechnical test results and the transportation conditions of the soil samples,No.3,No.4 and No.5 soil samples were selected and applied to prepare the clay and cement grout.The related proportion tests were conducted.According to the results of the proportion tests,a proposal was provided for the future grouting construction.
