煤层底板薄层灰岩地面定向孔注浆技术 被引量:5

摘要 为实现恒源煤矿Ⅱ634、Ⅱ635工作面的安全回采,对治理区域地层、地质构造及水文地质条件做了详细分析,设计了构造发育区煤层底板薄层灰岩超前探查治理方案;并且以克服注浆施工难点为出发点,研究了地层及构造探查技术和水平孔注浆技术。实际钻探、注浆及验证效果良好,保证了治理区域巷道顺利掘进和主采煤层的安全回采。 In order to realize a safety mining of No.Ⅱ634 andⅡ635 coal mining faces in Hengyuan Coal Mine,a detail analysis was conducted on strata,geological tectonic and hydrogeological condition in the control area and a design was conducted on a pilot exploration and control plan of the seam floor thin limestone in the tectonic development area.Also to overcome the grouting construction difficulty as the start point,the paper had a study on the strata and tectonic exploration technology and the horizontal hole grouting technology.Good actual drilling and exploration,grouting and verification effect could ensure the successful driving of the gateway in the control area and the safety mining of the main mining seam.
