地面定向水平孔煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术研究 被引量:24

摘要 根据赵固一矿地质和水文地质条件,分析了巷道掘进和采煤过程中二1煤层底板L8灰岩突水危险,提出采用超前注浆解决煤层底板突水。根据以往施工经验总结了常用的井下煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术,结合目前新技术的发展,研究了地面定向水平孔煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术,并对两种注浆防治水技术进行了对比分析,阐述了其各自优缺点及适用条件。结果表明,地面定向水平孔煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术适用于煤层底板防治水,并已经取得了很好的效果。 The water inrush risk was assessed for L8 limestone in Ⅱ1coal seam floor during roadway driving and coal mining,based on the geology and hydrogeology conditions of Zhaogu No. 1 Coal Mine. Advance grouting was proposed for the water inrush from coal seam floor. The underground coal seam floor advance grouting and water prevention-control technology were summarized according to the previous construction experience. At the same time, the ground advance grouting technology with horizontal directional hole was introduced,combing with the development of new technology. At last,the two kinds of grouting and water prevention control technologies were compared and analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions were described. The results show that,the ground advance grouting technology with directional horizontal hole is suitable for water prevention and control of coal seam floor,which has achieved good results already.
