基于底板注浆加固技术的巷道掘进防治水技术实践

摘要 针对某矿向深部延深掘进的具体地质生产条件,设计了物探与钻探相结合的超前探水方案,并进行了巷道底板注浆加固方案设计、施工及效果检验。根据注浆前后的对比可以得出,注浆后探水钻孔的涌水量基本为零,且物探表明注浆后底板富水异常情况显著减少,表明实现了较好的注浆效果。 According to the specific geological production conditions of deep excavation in a mine, the advanced water exploration scheme combining geophysical exploration and drilling is designed, and the design, construction and effect test of roadway floor grouting reinforcement scheme are carried out. According to the comparison before and after grouting, it can be concluded that the water inflow of the exploratory boreholes after grouting is basically zero, and the geophysical prospecting shows that the abnormal water-rich situation of the floor is significantly reduced after grouting,indicating that the better grouting effect has been achieved.
