摘要
为确保进风立井井筒工程安全快速施工,霍尔辛赫煤矿进风立井采用冻-注-凿三同时建井工艺,即上部冲积层采用冻结法施工,下部基岩段采用地面预注浆法施工。其中井筒地面预注浆采用全S孔方案,既能保证注浆堵水效果,又能实现与冻结、凿井平行作业,为晋东南地区其他矿井施工提供了宝贵经验。
In order to ensure the safe and Huoerxinhe coal mine'intake vertical shaft construction process,the upper alluvium uses rapid construction of the intake shaft wellbore project, adopts a simultaneous freezing-grouting-sinking well a freezing method and the lower bedrock uses a ground- pre-grouting method.The wellbore ground pre-grouting adopts'S shape solution,which can not only ensure the effect of grouting and water shutoff,but also realize parallel operation with freezing and drilling,and provides valuable experience for the construction of other mines in southeastern Shanxi.
