摘要
为保证高寒隧道低温富水环境下的帷幕注浆施工质量,结合工程地质实际,以白拉山高寒富水隧道施工为例,首先采用FLAC3D有限元分析软件模拟不同注浆加固圈厚度下隧道、衬砌和孔隙的水压力、应力分布和位移变化,继而得到最佳加固圈厚度。然后在上述优化的前提下,设计帷幕注浆施工工艺,并通过实时监测的方式,查看洞内周边位移量,进而验证上述优化的可行性与正确性。
In order to ensure the quality of curtain grouting construction under the environment of low temperature and rich water in the high cold tunnel,combined with the actual engineering geology,taking the construction of a Bailashan high cold and rich watre tunnel as an example,first,the FLAC3D finite element analysis software is used to simulate the water pressure,stress distribution and displacement changes of the tunnel,lining and pore under different grouting reinforcement ring thickness,and then the optimal reinforcement ring thickness is obtained.Then,under the premise of the above optimization,the curtain grouting construction technology is designed,and through real-time monitoring,the surrounding displacement in the tunnel is checked to verify the feasibility and correctness of the above optimization。
