摘要
在深埋富水隧道掘进过程中往往会遇到隧道涌水情况,而采用注浆技术是堵水的有效措施之一,其具体参数也因工程地质、水文条件而有所不同。广东省大丰华高速公路鸿图嶂隧道工程在掘进至富水断层破碎带地层时,掌子面附近段落涌水不断,且掌子面处于反坡段,使得隧道内涌水汇聚在掌子面附近,给隧道施工带来极大的不便。因此,基于“以堵为主、排堵结合、限量排放”的防排水理念,根据超前地质预报所探明的掌子面前方的围岩条件、水文情况,合理设计全断面超前帷幕注浆方案,并成功应用于该隧道施工,使其顺利通过高压富水段。
In the process of deep-buried and water-rich tunnel excavation,water inflow is often encountered.At present,curtain grouting measures are generally adopted to solve such engineering problems.Grouting technology is one of the effective measures to block water,and its specific parameters are different because of the differences in engineering geology and hydrological conditions.When the Hongtuzhang tunnel project of Dafenghua Expressway in Guangdong province is excavated to the stratum of water-rich fault fracture zone,water inflow never stops,and the working face is in the reverse slope section,which causes the water in the tunnel to converge near the working face,bringing to the tunnel construction great inconvenience.Based on the concept of“taking plugging as the main method,combining drainage with plugging and limited discharge”,according to the surrounding rock conditions and hydrological conditions in front of the face proved by the advance geological prediction,a reasonable design of the full-face advance curtain grouting scheme is designed and successfully applied to the tunnel construction,which makes the tunnel pass through the high-pressure water-rich section smoothly.In light of the field construction situation,the technical points of the grouting process are summarized.
