胜任力对中小学体育教师专业发展的影响:职业认同和工作旺盛感的链式中介作用 被引量:21

Effect of Competence on Professional Development of Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools:The Chain Mediating Role of Professional Identity and Thriving at Work

摘要 目的:探讨胜任力对中小学体育教师专业发展的影响以及职业认同和工作旺盛感在两者关系中的中介作用。方法:采用教师胜任力测验、中小学教师职业认同量表、工作旺盛感量表和中小学教师专业发展问卷对369名中小学体育教师进行调查。结果:①相关分析显示,胜任力、职业认同、工作旺盛感与专业发展得分两两之间均呈正相关;②职业认同和工作旺盛感在胜任力和专业发展之间的中介作用均显著;职业认同、工作旺盛感的链式中介作用也显著。结论:胜任力通过职业认同和工作旺盛感的单独中介作用及链式中介作用间接预测专业发展。 Objective:In order to explore the influence of competence on professional development and the mediating role of professional identity and thriving at work in physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.Meth⁃ods:369 physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools were investigated to complete teachers’compe⁃tence inventory,primary,middle and high school teachers’Professional Identity Scale,the survey of thriving at work and teachers’professional development inventory.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that competence,professional identi⁃ty,thriving at work,and professional development were positively correlated with each other.②Competence mainly affected professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools through three indirect effects,namely,the independent mediating role of professional identity,the individual mediating role of thriving at work and the chain mediating role of the two.Conclusion:Competence can indirectly predict professional development of physical edu⁃cation teachers in primary and secondary schools through the professional identity,the thriving at work and the chain inter⁃mediary role of professional identity and thriving at work.
